Please you must update this app

I ended up deleting this app and using a different one because anytime I attempted, easy as it was, to backup my contacts the app crashed. Bummer the rest of the reviews are awesome and I thought it would be great.

Cant get started. What else can I say.

I tried 2 others before I tried this one. After about an hour and 2 unsuccessful attempts to transfer my contacts from an old phone to a new phone, contacts sync did it in about 15 seconds. I only wish I found it an hour before.

This is THE APPLICATION I have been waiting for. I have been a Happy User of this app for almost a year and it has helped me a lot when I dropped my previous phone by accident into water. This phone was beyond repair when I took it to my phone carrier. I had not backed up my contacts anywhere except for this application. Not only personal but also my business contacts were there. Being a small business owner one can understand how important it is to have all your business contacts when you need them and just to have them ready to use just for peace of mind. Not sure what to do. First I select the app and get charged a $1 which I didnt know about but okay, its just a buck. Then each time I open and swipe up to back up the contacts, the app crashes. I have the latest iOS and have sent NG an email with no response. Not worth the buck so far.

The app was unable to upload my contacts.

Got rid of a pile of duplicates after I added my wifes contacts to my phone by accident.
